Chef Joseph’s at the Connoisseur Room goes on Holiday!

June 22, 2013, Indianapolis, IN – Chef Joseph's is going on Holiday! We're taking the week of July 4th off to refresh and renew! We will return on July 9 with our new Seasonal Dinner Menu, a new Lunch Menu format, new Performers, a Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids benefit - Big Broadway Sing-Along night, Wednesday Gourmet Pizza night and a new Chef Joseph's App for your smartphones to reward our loyal friends and guests.

Of course we will remain true to our current specials including 1/2 Priced Small Plate Happy Hour from 5 - 7pm Tuesday - Friday, 25% off Wines by the Bottle on Tuesday, $4 Draughts of Wednesday, $5 Martini Thursday and 1/2 Priced Well Drink Fridays. We will also continue to support the Arts in Indy by offering 20% off Dinner Entrees for guests who present their Date Appropriate Indy Arts ticket to their server.

Wednesday, July 17 – Broadway Cares, Equity Fights Aids Fund Raiser- Big Broadway Sing-Along with Sean Baker, the Music Maker and John Phillips, your Host with the Most! Join John Phillips and Sean Baker for Chef Joseph’s first Big Broadway Sing-Along. We will provide the words in Chef Joseph’s Broadway Hymnal, Sean’s got the Baby Grand and John will coach you along. You provide the fun! Sing-along if you like, or just enjoy our fine Food and Spirits and listen in! Prepare your wallet when we "pass the hat" for this great cause!


Thursday, July 18 – The Wines of RNDC Wine Pairing Dinner! Join us as RNDC presents selected wines from their catalogue. This wine pairing dinner includes a special “Encore” course right after dessert, do don’t rush off! See the full menu at www.chefjosephs.com under the “Upcoming Events” section. The cost is an amazing $60 per person, including tax and gratuity.

Saturday, July 27 – DINNER BLACKOUT! We are proud to host NASCAR as they invite their guests to Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the NASCAR Chevrolet Pace Car! - Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday nights, 5 to 10 p.m. Lunch, a favorite spot for the executive crowd, is served Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

- Live music is featured every Wednesday through Saturday and includes some of the best vocalist and entertainers in the Midwest.

- Tuesdays through Saturday, 5 to 7 p.m. enjoy Half Priced Small Plate Happy Hour with small plates like Fried Calamari Strips, Bleu Cheese Deviled Eggs, Baked Goat Chees with Roasted Pepper Tomato Sauce, Asparagus Tempura or Piquillo Peppers stuffed with Sriracha Mac & Cheese.

Chef Joseph’s at The Connoisseur Room, an independent downtown restaurant opens for dinner to help Indianapolis serve the Super Bowl masses.

Indianapolis, IN – Chef Joseph’s at The Connoisseur Room is an elegant, downtown restaurant featuring world fusion cuisine by renowned and award-winning Indianapolis chef, Joseph Heidenreich. Proprietors John Mays and Tom Forman are heeding the city’s call to help feed the masses by extending their regular Monday through Friday business lunch service to include dinner, as well as weekend hours. Beginning Friday, January 27 and ending February 5, Chef Joseph’s at The Connoisseur Room will be open to the general public every day from 10 a.m. until at least midnight, with lunch service from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. and dinner service from 5 – 10 p.m. “We are excited that our beloved city is host to such an incredibly high-profile event that gives us the opportunity to truly shine under the gaze of the country and the world. The Super Bowl Host Committee has done its very best to provide downtown businesses with the tools and information we need to make this ten-day event a wonderful experience for locals and visiting fans alike. Grand Opening Celebration: You Dine, We Donate
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, Chef Joseph’s at The Connoisseur Room invites Indianapolis diners to join them in their Grand Opening celebration benefitting two Indianapolis charities close to their hearts - The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Arts Council of Indianapolis – on Wednesday, November 16 through Friday, November 18, 2011.

During this three-day event, half of all food sales from their executive lunch, served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. will go directly to these charities. Reservations recommended, as seating is limited. Call (317) 600-3577.
